2. Can I purchase directly from you? Can you ship my order to my residence/business/construction site?

Yes, you can purchase directly from us. We ship all over North America.

3. How do I know that my order will arrive safely?

All of our vanity sets are packaged extremely securely and strapped on pallets before we ship them out. As we ship out a large volume of orders, the freight companies that move our shipments are familiar with how to handle them.

4. I've never bought a bathroom vanity online. How do I know I won't be disappointed?

Over 95% of our sales are to customers who never actually see the products in person before ordering. As we do have a satisfaction guarantee, it's in our best interest to make sure your purchase meets or exceeds your expectations. We are proud to say that repeat customers and referrals are a significant portion of our sales; that is the best compliment a business can receive.

5. Are your products truly premium?

Quality and finish are of paramount importance to us. We use the finest Blum hardware, imported stone, and kiln-dried solid hardwood. Each vanity is hand-stained multiple times in order to achieve a deep, rich finish.

6. I see a line in my stone countertop. Is it a defect?

No. Natural stone has veins that run through it, which is part of the beauty of the stone. It also has a large degree of variance, and the uniqueness of each slab should be appreciated. If you are looking for a countertop without any veins or color variance, you should choose a synthetic product.

7. Are you a drop shipper?

We have multiple warehouses and carry our own inventory. This results in shorter lead times, lower product cost, and control over how and when a product is shipped.

8. What sort of Warranty do you offer?

We offer a 2 year limited warranty, which is twice as long as the industry standard.

9. What happens if my order arrives damaged?

In the rare case where there is visible damage to your order, please do not sign for the shipment when it is being delivered. Give us a call, and we will send you a replacement.

10. I don't live in North America. Can I still purchase from you or be set up as a dealer?

Yes. We have shipped to the Caribbean, Russia, Japan, and the Middle East. Please contact us for more information.

11. Why are there no prices posted on your website?

As we do sell across a wide geographic area, prices vary due to local costs such as taxes, overhead, labor, and exchange rates. Please contact us for the best possible pricing.
